Fishery Guidelines

You must have a valid EA rod licence for the number of rods you are fishing with.
Three rods maximum.
Day ticket anglers are not permitted to fish the syndicate lake.
Micro barbed or barbless hooks only.
No unsafe rigs to be used e.g fixed leads.
Members must fish in a gentlemanly manner and not encroach on water in an occupied swim.
All rubbish to be taken home swims to be kept tidy at all times.
Rods must not be left unattended.
Gas BBQ onsite for all to use but if own used must be kept off the ground.
Unhooking mats and retention slings must be used for all carp.
A minimum of a 42" landing net to be used for carp fishing.
No sacking of fish for long periods of time (OK while you get ready for pictures)
You must carry a carp care kit and use it.
A minimum of 12lb line for carp fishing.
Alcohol in moderation and respect other anglers that are fishing.
Children under 16 shall be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Well behaved dogs only and all dog mess to be picked up and taken away.
Boat available must only use as a last resort and if you are competent in using one, life jacket must be worn.
Guest tickets can be arranged prior to fishing. No guests after dark.
Verbal or physical abuse, threatening behaviour towards any anyone fishing or member of staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises and if on the syndicate this will be revoked no refunds.
No reserving of swims unless you are on site in the usual way by placing a bait bucket in your chosen swim.
